So, now what?

Where do we/Clay go from here?

I've been doing some lurking at some Clay sites and there are some unhappy campers. Campers that are packing up and moving on or have already.

It's their choice so I can't agree or disagree with it. They have to do what is right for themselves. It's the reasoning behind it that I don't understand.

To name a few:

• Because he might be gay after all?
• Because he's allegedly going to be a dad; going the artificial insemination route?
• Because he won't comment?

So what if Jaymes became pregnant via AI? We don't know the whole story. Why would fans be upset by this anyway; no matter what the story is?

Is it because he's having a baby out of wedlock and it goes against the laws of Christianity, therefore goes against their laws?

I dunno, maybe there should be a law on understanding and compassion.

Actually, I guess there is, because I don't begrudge your right to feel that way. I'm just curious as to why you do feel that way.

I still think Clay will continue to keep quiet about the 'daddy' story until Jaymes is ready for the story to be told. I can totally understand and respect that and believe that's the way it should be.

So what if he's gay? If Clay stays in the entertainment business and I continue to be entertained, what would I care if he's gay?

Because he's keeping it a secret; misleading his fans? Supposedly lying about it?????

It's not scandalous to be gay, but that's just my opinion. Some think differently on the matter and if they're moving on because of it, then 'bye bye'. I hope you find that 'pure' entertainer you're looking for. Good Luck though. You'll need it.

But really....Now what?

• Will Clay move on too?
• Will we not hear from him until after the baby is born?
• Will he tour since there's allegedly going to be a baby in his future?
• If no tour, what will he do next?
• Will he ever give us another cd?
• How will he overcome this current media/fan slam?

I hope he can overcome it all and remains in the entertainment business as I still think he has talent and potential to get past this......regardless of any mistakes he may have made.

If he chooses another path, then I wish him the best.

Some may say I'm an RC or OTT with this blog, but that's not the case at all. I'm just an average compassionate person.
